Ingredients:

1 kg Mutton,cut into pieces

3 cups fresh Curd,beaten

1tsp Saunth (Dry Ginger) powdered

2 tsp Saunf (Aniseeds) powdered

2 tsp Garam masala powder

6 Cardamom,crushed

6 Cloves,crushed

2 bay leaves

4 tbsp Oil

Salt to taste

Method:

Pressure cook mutton with 2 cups water for two whistle.

Remove from heat.

Heat oil in a pan add Aniseeds Ginger,Cloves and crushed Cardamom fry for a minute.

Add mutton pieces and fry well.

Add beaten Curds and Salt.

Stir well and simmer on low heat till the mutton is tender.

Add Garam masala.

Serve hot.
