Ingredients:
Vegetables:
2 large Capsium, cut into big cubes
2 large Potato, cut into big pieces
200 gm. Pineapple, cut into big pieces
100 gm. Cauliflower, cut into big pieces
For Marinade:
5 tbsp. Yogurt
3 tbsp. Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp. Chili powder
3 tsp. Garam masala
3 tbsp. Lime juice
1 tbsp.Oil
Salt to taste
and
Oil for basting
Method:
Mix the marinade ingredients.
Mix the vegetable in the prepared marinate and leave aside for 30 minutes.
Skewer the marinated vegetables,one after the other.
Grill the kebabs, turning and basting with oil occasionally so that it is evenly grilled.
