1/4 kg kheema
3 eggs
1/2 cup maida
1 tbsp ghee
2 onions,minced
4 cloves garlic,minced
6 green chillies,minced
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
oil for frying


Pressure cook kheema with salt and water for 15 minutes. Keep aside.

Heat oil and saute onions,add green chillies,garlic and kheema.fry well.Add turmeric,salt to taste and chilli powder Cook for a while and remove.
Make a stiff dough with wheat flour,using a little water and salt.Make small portions.Roll a little each portion,and place a spoonful of kheema mixture in middle,and cover from all sides,to make ball.Flatten and roll out into parathas.
Beat eggs with salt.Smear a little ghee on hot tawa,place a paratha.When it done from one side,turn it,and pour some of the beaten egg on top of paratha and spread evenly.

Cover with a lid and cook.Remove lid and slowly turn paratha so the side with egg is cooked well.

Prepare parathas with remaining dough in a similar manner.
Serve hot.
