Ingredients:
1/4 kg kheema
3 eggs
1/2 cup maida
1 tbsp ghee
2 onions,minced
4 cloves garlic,minced
6 green chillies,minced
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
oil
for frying
Method:
Pressure
cook kheema with salt and water for 15 minutes. Keep aside.
Heat oil and saute onions,add green chillies,garlic and
kheema.fry well.Add turmeric,salt to taste and chilli powder Cook for a while and remove.
Make a stiff dough with wheat flour,using a little water and salt.Make
small portions.Roll a little each portion,and place a spoonful of kheema mixture in middle,and cover from all sides,to make
ball.Flatten and roll out into parathas.
Beat eggs with salt.Smear a little ghee on hot tawa,place a paratha.When
it done from one side,turn it,and pour some of the beaten egg on top of paratha and spread evenly.
Cover with a lid and cook.Remove lid and slowly turn paratha
so the side with egg is cooked well.
Prepare parathas with remaining dough in a similar manner.
Serve hot.
