Mash Paneer well and add salt,divide into 2 parts.
Add Turmeric powder to one part.
Add corn flour to the other part.
Make small yellow balls with the yellow paneer and cover it with white paneer
to look like boiled eggs.
Deep fry to a light golden colour.
Heat two tsp oil in a pan and add bay leaves,cloves,cardamoms,cinnamon and
cumin seeds.
Add onion paste and fry till golden brown.
Add turmeric powder,chilli powder,fry for a minute.
Add curd,salt and sugar (add water if required) and simmer for 5 minutes.
Slice the koftas and place in a dish.
Pour gravy over these and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
