Ingredients:
2 lbs prawns ,shell removed and cleaned
3 tbsp oil
1/2cup coconut milk
3 large onions, chopped finely
l raw
mango ,peeled and sliced
Salt to taste
For Masala: (Ground to paste)
4 red chilies
4 green
chilies
2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric
5 cloves garlic
1" piece ginger
Method:
Apply salt to the prawns and keep aside.
Heat oil and fry the onions. Add ground masala and fry until brown.
Add sliced mango pieces and 1 cup of water. Cook for five minutes and add the prawns.
Now, add the coconut milk . Adjust seasoning if required
Cook till the prawns are tender.
Serve hot with rice.
