Ingredients:
2 lb chicken,cut into pieces 2 onions, finely chopped 1" piece of ginger,julliened 1 bunch coriander leaves,ground
to paste 1 tsp green chili paste 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsps cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala Salt to taste 2
tbsp oil or butter
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add onions and fry.
Add ginger,chilli paste,turmeric powder,cumin powder and fry them until onions turn golden brown.
Add coriander paste and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add chicken pieces ,salt and a glass of water and bring to boil . Cook on low and uncovered till well cooked stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with parathas.
