Ingredients:
1/2 kg mutton 2 kairi(raw mangoes) 1 tbsp khus khus seeds 2 tsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp coriander seeds 1 tsp
garam masala 3 tsps chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric 3 tbsps oil 2 onions, chopped 3-4 green chilies,slit 2
tsps ginger-garlic paste Salt to taste
Method:
Mix mutton pieces with salt and 1 tbsp chili powder and keep aside.
Roast khus khus seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garam masala and ground to make thick paste,with little water.
Heat oil in a pan, fry chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, for few minutes.
Now, add mutton pieces and cook until it gets tender. If necessary, add some water.
Then add chopped mangoes and cook for some time.
Add ground paste, cover and cook until it is done
