Ingredients:
1 Chicken,cut into pieces
4 Onions ,chopped
2 tbsps Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 Coconut ,grated
2 tbsps Tamarind pulp
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Sambar powder
5 Green Chilies ,slit
1 cup Coriander leaves ,chopped
1 tbsp Refined flour
Salt to taste
5 tblspns Oil
Method:
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add onions and fry till brown add ginger-garlic,fry
well.
Add chicken and all other ingredients, except flour,coconut and coriander
leaves.
Stir and fry well. Add 2 cups of water. Close lid and cook for one whistle.
Cool and open lid. Add flour. Add coconut milk mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander.
