Ingredients:
1 big cauliflower
salt to taste
oil
for basting
For masala:
3 onions,sliced
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
powder
1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
2 tomatoes,chopped
2 cups curd
edible red color
salt to taste
Method:
Wash and cut cauliflower into 4 or 5 pieces
with stem,cook in hot water with salt for 5 minutes.
Drain and keep aside.
Grind onion and tomatoes to a smooth
paste.Mix with
chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,curds
and red color.Marinate cauliflower pieces
in this masala
for 2 to 3 hours.
Pierce cauliflower with skewers and roast in a tandoor.
Constantly baste with
oil and masala.garnish and serve hot.
