Mushroom Curry

Ingredients:

500 gm mushroom

1/2 coconut

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

oil for frying

Masala:

2 green chillies

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp cumin seeds

4 cloves garlic

1 small onion

1/2 tsp chilli powder

salt to taste

Method:

Wash and clean the mushroom.

Grate coconut and take 2 extracts of coconut milk.

Grind ingredients for masala to a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan and fry masala till it loses its raw

flavour.Add second extract of coconut milk,turmeric

powder and salt to taste.Add mushrooms and cook

till mushroom become tender.Add the first extract

of coconut milk and allow to simmer on a low fire.

Garnish and serve hot.
