Black Pepper Prawns

Ingredients:
24 king-size prawns 2 red bell peppers,cut into strips 2 yellow bell peppers,cut into strips
1 bunch spring onion greens,cut in long thin strips The prawn marination 3 tbsp lemon juice 2 tsp black peppercorns,crushed
4 tsp ginger-garlic paste Salt to taste The masala 3 tbsp cooking oil 250 gm onions,chopped 2 tsp
garlic-garlic paste 1 / 2 cup tomato puree 2 tsp dhania (coriander seeds)powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1
/ 2 cup prawn stock (or water) 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp hara dhania (coriander); chop A pinch of kaali mirch
(black pepper) 1/2tsp of(cinnamon,clove,and cardamom powder) salt
Method:
Prawn Marination: Mix all the marination ingredients in a bowl,rub the prawns with this masala and allow to marinate
for 30 minutes. Cooking: Heat oil in a kadai or wok,add onions,saute over medium heat until pink.Add ginger-garlic
paste,saute,add tomato puree,coriander and red chilli powder and stir fry until oil leaves the sides. Now add marinated
prawns,and stir fry on high heat for 2 minutes. add the stock (or water),stir,add lemon juice,coriander powder and salt
and stir until the moisture has evaporated.Add bell pepper ,spring onions,hara dhaniya. Cook for a minute.Sprinkle
the powdered spices,stir,remove and serve.
