Ingredients:
500 gms cleaned prawns
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 coconut grated
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp chilli powder
1tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 springs curry leaves
2 tbsp curd beaten
2 tbsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
1 glass of water
Method:
Grind coconut and extract thick coconut milk,keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan,add ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves
saute.Add all the ingredients,except tomato puree and
curd.Cook for 3-4 minutes,stiring occasionaly.Add tomato
puree and curd,mix well and cook for 7-8 minutes.Add
prawns and stir fry for 5 minutes.Add water ,cover and
cook till done,and curry leaves oil.Stir in coconut milk
add garam-masala powder.Garnish with coriander leaves.
