Ingredients:

1 kg fish,cut into pieces

2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1/2 tsp thyme(ajwain)

2 onions,minced

1 cup tomato puree

1/2 cup curd

1/4 kg mustard oil

8 almonds

8 cashewnuts

1 tbsp garam masala

1 bunch coriander leaves

1/2 bunch mint leaves

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp deghi mirch

salt to taste

Method:

Wash the fish and rub the pieces with little salt.Heat oil and

fry the pieces in hot oil till half brown.Remove and keep aside.

Fry minced onion in the same oil till brown.Add ginger-garlic

paste.Grind thyme,mint,and coriander and add to fried onions.

Cook for 2 to3 minutes,then add turmeric powder,salt,deghi

mirch and curd and cook for 2 minutes.Add fish pieces.Cook

for 5 minutes with lid on.Decorate with coriander leaves and

serve hot.
