Ingredients:
1/2 kg mutton(ribs)
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
5 green chillies,slit
2 onions,finely sliced
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 bunch of ambada(sour)leaves
chopped
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil and fry sliced onion,when it becomes pink
add ginger-garlic paste,add green chillies.add mutton
and red chilli powder and fry till oilseparates.Add salt
to taste and 2 cups of water and pressure cook
till tender.Add ambada leaves and cook till leaves
becomes tender,simmer till blended.
