Ingredients:
2 cups rice,cooked
2 raw mangoes,grated
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp urad dal
2 tsp chana dal
1 tbsp cashewnuts
Few curry leaves
A pinch of hing(asafeotida)
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method:
Roast fenugreek and asafeotida and powder.
Mix this powder with rice and add salt to taste.
Heat oil in a frying pan,add mustard seeds.when
they crackle,add urad dal, chana dal and cashewnuts.
Fry until golden brown in color and add curry leaves.
Add this to rice.
Heat a little oil and saute grated mongo with a little
salt .Add this to the rice with ghee and mix thoroughly.
