Ingredients:
24 counts big raw prawns
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp ajinomoto
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1 bunch spring onions
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
bread crumbs
oil for frying
Method:
Marinate prawns in salt,chilli powder,pepper and ajinomoto for 30 mins.
Cut spring onions into 3" pieces and drop into a dish of iced water to curl.
Mix the beaten egg with prawns and roll each prawn into bread crumbs.
Heat oil and deep fry prawns.
Transfer into a serving platter and decorate with spring onion curls .
