Ingredients:
500 gms Kheema
2 tbsp chane ki dal,soaked in water
for 1/2 hour
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala powder
whole garam masala:
2 pieces of dalchini(cinnamon)
2 lavang(cloves)
2 elaichi(cardamoms)
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
1 egg,beaten
2 green chillies,finely chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp kothmir and pudina,chopped
2 tsp lime juice
1 onion finely chopped
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method:
Pressure cook kheema with chane ki dal,whole garam masala,1 cup water and
salt to taste.
cook till dry.Grind with ginger-garlic paste,chilli powder,dhaniya powder,and jeera powder.
Grind and form into dough.
Mix onion,green chillies,pudina and kothmir,limejuice to kheema dough.
Divide the kheema dough into small balls,and shapeinto kabab .
Dip in beaten egg and shallow fry till it turns golden brown.
Serve hot.
