Ingredients:
2 pomfret (1.5 lb)
Grind
to paste:
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 small onion
6 thai green chillies
2 tomatoes,chopped and
fried
For marinade:
4 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp tobasco sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ajinomoto(chinese salt)
Method:
Clean
pomfret and make three cuts on both sides of fish.
Marinate pomfret for 2 hours.Heat 2 tbsp ghee and fry
ground masala
for 2 minutes.Stuff and cover fish all over
with this fried masala.
Grease a baking tray and place fish and its
marinade.
Arrange vegetables,bake in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.turn once while baking.
