Ingredients:
500 gms mutton
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
4 cloves
2 cinnamon pieces
5 cardamoms
2 big cardamoms
5 tsp dhaniya seeds
3 tsp cumin(jeera) seeds
1 tbsp curd,beaten
2 tomatoes,chopped
2 onions,chopped
salt to taste
1/2 cup of ghee
Method:
Grind dhaniya and cumin seeds finely.Heat oil,add
cloves,cinnamon and cardamoms,add onions and
fry untill brown,add ginger-garlic paste,fry then add
ground dhaniya -jeera powder.Now add tomatoes,
curd,meat,salt and red chilli powder and fry it untill
the meat juices are absorbed.Add 4 cups of water
and cook on low fire untill done and the mutton is
dry.Sprinkle coriander leaves.
