Ingredients:
1 cup maida
2 tsp besan(gram flour)
1/2 cup curd
2 cup sugar
1 pinch eno
1/4 tsp kesar(saffron)
ghee for frying
Method:
Make sugar syrup by cooking sugar and 1 cup water.
Mix maida and besan, and pour in curd,add kesar,and add some water to make thick batter.
Mix eno in it.
Heat ghee in a kadai.Pour the batter in jalebi maker and start making jalebies in hot ghee,turn once.
Remove the jalebies from kadai and
put in sugar syrup.
Remove and serve hot.
