Ingredients:
Filling:
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
or shredded lamb
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup capsicum,chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chopped garlic
salt to taste
oil for frying
Wrapping:
2 cups maida
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
In 2 tbsp oil,fry chopped garlic and onion.Add shredded
chicken or lamb,bean sprouts,grated carrot,cabbage
and capsicum.fry on low flame for 3 to 5 minutes.Add
soy sauce,pepper,sugar and salt.mix well and keep
aside.
Mix maida and salt well,add eggs and stir well.remove
it to a flour board and knead gently for several minutes.
Knead well to make more elastic.
Make small balls from the dough.Roll out each ball into
a chapathi.Place 2 tbsp of filling on chapathi,roll it up
and seal sides.
Heat oil and fry till they are golden brown and crisp.
