French Baked Tomaoes

Ingredients:

6 medium tomatoes

1 tbsp sugar

1 1/2 tsp instant minced onion

1/ tsp salt

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1/4 cup salad oil

4 tsp vinegar

1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup cracker crumbs

1 tbsp butter,melted

parsley,finely chopped

Method:

Cut thin slice from top of each tomato.

Hollow tomatoes out slightly.

Combine sugar,onion,salt,mustard,oil,vinegar,and worcestershire.

Spoon some of the mixture into center of each tomato.

Combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top of tomatoes.

Place shallow baking dish.Bake in oven at 350* for 25 to 30 minutes

or till tomatoes are done.

Garnish with parsley.
