Ingredients:
1 medium head cabbage,shredded
1 medium green pepper,thinly sliced
3 carrots,cut in thin julienne strips
1 tbsp grated onion
salt to taste
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp salad oil
Mayonnaise(optional)
Method:
In large bowl,toss vegetables.Cover and chill.
Before serving,combine salt,1/2 tsp sugar,vinegar,and oil.
Pour over cabbage.Toss well.
Add mayonnaise,a tablespoon at a time,till creamy.
