Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breasts
1 (10 1/2-oz) can cream of celery soup
1/2 lb cashews
1 can sliced water chestnuts,drained
1 (3-oz) can chow mein noodles
2 cup diagonally sliced celery
1 green pepper,thinly sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Method:
Place chicken in a 7 x 11 inch dish.Cover and microwave 7 minutes.
Let stand,still covered,5 minutes.Cool.
Remove meat from bones and cut into bite-size pieces.
Combine all ingredients in a 12 x 8 inch caserole along with the broth from the cooked chicken;mix well.
Cover and microwave 6 minutes,turning dish one-half turn after 3 minutes.
